Rushden Hall are showing Grease for free, September 23rd starting at 6.00pm, so not too late to take the kids along and show them this ultimate classic! Kilworth House Theatre, all year round

It’s a hop, skip and a jump over the border and it’s well worth the trip. The Kilworth House Theatre opened in 2007 in a beautiful wooded glade close to the lake in the grounds of Kilworth House Hotel in south Leicestershire. There’s a special aura around this magic about open-air theatre on a beautiful English summer’s evening, so what better way to experience the magnificent surroundings of the Kilworth estate. Now as with my piece last year on open-air theatres, I covered Kilworth Hall’s fantastic open air theatre with LIVE performances all year round! If you haven’t checked it out before then this is an absolute must for this year, with amazing reviews and a great setting there’s no excuse not to pop in and have a look! What’s summer without an open air theatre trip, that’s the saying right? In the next month they host music from The Hollies and an uplifting and hilarious romantic comedy celebrating the very best of 1930s song, style and romance, ‘Top Hat’.
