A thinkers kind of festival is coming! It has talks and debates from world-class thinkers and best selling authors, all under one roof! Life Lessons helps you learn how to live a little bit better. Sign us up!

What you doing on 15th – 16th February? How about learning some amazing wellbeing tips from Ruby Wax and Derren Brown? Well, you can, at this unmissable event. Wellbeing’s where it’s at these days. The buzz word of the last decade or so, you can’t move for an inspiring life lesson, and to be honest, we’re a glutton for it ; ) Step forward Wellbeing and Life Lessons, from The Sunday Times. It promises to be a guru studded weekend not to miss. Some of the ‘stars’ coming along include Ruby Wax, Alain De Botton, Richard Dawkins and Bill Bryson. I know right! Those and more who will be sharing their stories and knowledge about all things wellbeingand their very own unique life lessons on how to be happier, healthier and live an inspired life. What’s great about this festival is it’s not just people talking at you about stuff that might not even be helpful, The Sunday Times will be ensuring the ideas and information shared are researched in full and ensure they’re scientifically accurate.

The weekend will leave you packed full of knowledge and new skills you can take with you into your busy lives. There’s going to be over 40 talks from over 80 speakers with a great variety of mindful activities from yoga to crafting and meditation to sound therapy. Each visitor will build their own bespoke programme on topics including health, sustainable living, nutrition and psychology that will help you answer questions no matter how big or small. Learn from experts and the other guests around you as you explore new ways of living to help create a better future for yourself.
