Kettering’s roarsome newest restaurant
This will add some adventure to any meal and take you far away from Northants, straight to the heart of the rainforest
A whole new bunch of dinosaurs are heading to Kettering this summer with the launch of Jurassic Grill. Surrounded by over 25 dinos, you can transport to the rainforest a million miles away from our ‘hood.
The new eaterie (located where Chimichanga used to live) will serve a variety of grilled and smoked meats with themed dishes and its menu will change regularly with steaks, pulled pork and smoked meats as well as a ‘raptor meat bucket’, fossilised burgers, giant ribs more than a foot long and themed desserts. You carnivores must be drooling already!
Jurassic Grill will be one step ahead of a standard feed-up, with its emphasis on education about ecology and biodiversity with starters and main courses in the evening being pre-booked to cut down on waste – big Muddy thumbs up right there.
There’s going to be a schools area to host parties, a ‘dinky dinos’ menu for the kids and a bar in the evening. Plus, with the new opening, there’ll be around 30 jobs available and support for local businesses and tradesmen.
We’ve gotta wait until the summer, but we’re already looking forward to it!
