Ironstone Wellbeing Centre

Muddy says: The new kid on the wellbeing block, it offers Hot Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Mindfulness amongst loads more. It’s what Kettering’s been screaming out for!

Wellbeing is a topic on everyone’s minds right now and more and more of us are wanting to escape reality and try out a little self care. Step forward Ironstone Wellbeing Centre, Northamptonshire’s first ever purpose built wellbeing centre.

It’s not long been open, but it already has folk returning to a huge variety of classes, courses and treatments. Take your pick from Hot Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Mindfulness and Meditation amongst loads more. If you need to let off some steam try out their HITT cardio classes, Zumba, and FitSteps, all perfect for working up a sweat and building strength. You can also get the littlies involved as well with their yoga classes for children, and there’s men’s only yoga too – there really is something for everyone – whatever their goal in mind. All the classes are run by a talented team of instructors who are all incredibly passionate and diverse and will ensure you leave feeling ready to take on the world.

The centre is kitted out with everything you need under one roof; three stunning studios, on-site cafe, showers, changing facilities and parking, plus a lovely atmosphere that has your wellbeing in mind from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Everyone is catered for with their range of memberships to suit all budgets and class options, so you can pick and choose what suits you best (are you getting the huge amount of choice message? We hope so.). The centre also hosts regular events including yoga brunches, craft events and workshops which really make this a very social space (if that’s what you like)! Basically, it’s the perfect wellbeing place to spend time with friends, or a place for solace and reflection; it’s what Kettering’s been screaming out for.
