Cocktails are something of a passion of ours here at Muddy Towers so, when we discovered Muddled Lime, owned by the extraordinarily talented, artistic and all round wonderful chap Jason Adams, we were literally jumping up and down with excitement. Think of your favourite cocktail and pimp it up by a billion mega-watts and you might be getting close to these very special creations. We’re talking chocolate macchiato martini, smoked wild apple vodka old fashioned and pomegranate and rosemary hard seltzer, served with a beautifully garnished twist.

So what do they do? They’ll come to your private party or corporate event having created a bespoke menu to suit your theme, set up a bar on site if needed, and mix, mix, mix the most beautiful, high end, delicious cocktails you could imagine and, whether you want something indulgently boozy or alcohol free, you’ll get top notch service and stunning creations.

Muddled Lime can also provide a fully stocked and staffed bar service for weddings and big do’s too, combining their renowned mixology talents with serving up beers, wines and champagnes, so you can get the whole lot sorted in one fell swoop.

You can hire Rooty the Cowboy: Outlaw Mixologist (yep, it’s a thing) to provide libation, music and slightly bonkers comic entertainment for your event, party or private dining experience (I think he must be Jay’s naughty cousin as they look very similar). Rooty really knows his stuff, and if you’re organising a big fancy event he can even produce promo videos and bespoke songs for your social media. Yee haw!
