Reader Treats Just For You!

Nene Valley Osteopathy

Muddy says: Nene Valley Osteopathy chooses the best treatment for you, so you can be free from aches and pains and enjoy your life again

We’d had a bit of a heads up about Nene Valley Osteopathy before they joined our Little Black Book, as a few of our esteemed readers had mentioned them with high praise indeed! If you’re in need of effective health solutions, complementary therapies such as osteopathy, acupuncture and sports massage are a popular choice for all ages. At Nene Valley Osteopathy the experienced therapists are highly qualified and are continuously updating their professional knowledge so they really know their stuff. A variety of treatment techniques vary depending on the individual and they strive to provide a gentle but effective solution; they believe that osteopathy shouldn’t be harsh.

But how does it work, we hear you ask? Basically, the skilled practitioners seek to get your body happy! They aid its ability to heal by recognising that much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in our body’s structure and function. They aim to reduce your pain so you can live your life a bit freely and with fewer concerns – be that through osteopathy, kinesio, acupuncture or sports therapy – they even have equine therapy if your horse is feeling the strain. With two clinics set in rural East Northants, in Rushden and Raunds, it’s in easy reach of the A14/A45 so is pretty convenient to get to and there’s free parking at the both clinics. So if that niggling shoulder or bothersome knee is still impacting your life, just get in touch in the first instance and they’ll be able to look at your individual needs and help support you in getting match fit (even if that just means walking the dog)
