Let go of your responsibilities and immerse yourself in a summer weekend of glorious, technicolour hedonism. Northamptonshire’s fabulous Music Barn Festival is a weekend of thrills taking place on 17 & 18 June, packed full of brilliant bands, djs, dancing, magic and mayhem.

It doesn’t matter what music you’re into, as it’s all about celebrating diversity at The Music Barn, from big name acts to unsigned bands and from electronic dance music to acoustic folk and everything in between. The 2022 line-up includes The Hoosiers, Sleeper, Seb Fontaine, DJ Lottie and The Bluetones’ Mark Morriss, as well as loads of bars, stalls and dancing and chill out space.

If you’re staying overnight you can book a camping or campervan ticket (btw there are plenty of nice loos and free showers on site). Don’t fancy roughing it? Book a bell tent. The glamping village has its own reception and VIP area, where you can nab a 7m bell tent kitted out with a blow-up bed, cushions, comfy seating, fairy lights, phone charging and complimentary tea and coffee.

And if all that doesn’t sound brilliant enough, this amazing festival donates all of its profits to charities including Cransley Hospice in Kettering, homeless charity Safe Until Daylight and the NHS Charity.
