Pop-Up Christmas Shop, Little Pocket Studio, Potterspury, 9 Nov-28 Dec
This lovely photography studio will be transformed into a Christmas pop-up for 7 weeks only every Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun until 28 Dec. Filled with Christmas gifts, cards, decorations and treats from local independent businesses.
Christmas Craft Fair Weekend, Forge Coffee, Culworth and Evenley, 19-21 Nov, 9am-3pm
Both branches of Forge Coffee in Culworth and Evenley villages will be flinging open their doors to showcase lots of local artists and artisans alongside a tasty treats and mulled cider.
Artisan Christmas Market, Elliott’s Rectory Farm, Moulton, 20 & 21 Nov, 10am-4pm
Elliott’s Christmas market is set to take place in one of their lovely barns just outside Moulton, so it’s perfect for all weathers. Stock up on gifts, jewellery and local produce, plus Brew Caravan will be on site to serve barista coffees and there’ll be festive treats and tipples, as well as a bar and hot food.
A Curious Christmas, Oh Curio, Harringworth, 21 Nov, 1am-4pm
This festive shopping day on Sunday 21st November promises to be an indulgent one, with 10 businesses descending on the barn with their beautiful brands, from food, gifts and treats to ceramics, homewares, and hand-crafted treasures. Someone keep me away from this and lock up my bank cards, ta.
Christmas Fair and Winter Light Trail Delapré Abbey, Northampton, 27 & 28 Nov, 10am-4pm
Delapré’s annual Christmas Fair kicks off Christmas this year with artisan stalls in the beautiful abbey grounds selling handmade gifts, food and drink. There’ll be children’s activities and the historic house will be decked out in full festive regalia. Tickets include a Victorian horse and carriage ride around the grounds, where there is a magical light installation throughout the woodland and walled garden with tunnels of light, soundscapes and larger than life illuminations. Ding dong.
Mini Christmas Market, Boughton House, Kettering, 27 & 28 Nov, 10am-5pm
The magnificent Boughton House will mark their annual Christmas tree sale with a mini market. You’ll find local businesses with festive gifts and treats on offer alongside Boughton’s always beautiful selection of Christmas Trees. Hot food will also be on offer and you can explore the stunning Boughton House Gardens whilst you’re here.
Brackley Christmas Market, 27 Nov, 3-7pm
Taking place in the historic market square with the lantern parade and Christmas light switch on from 4.45pm. If you fancy taking part in the parade you can grab a lantern kit from Brackley Town Council offices for £2.50.
Thrapston Christmas Festival, 27 Nov, 3-6pm
With live music, food and drink stalls and fairground rides along the high street, you can also enjoy the Christmas Light Switch On at 5.30pm.
Daventry Christmas Market, 27 Nov, 10am-3pm
Expect festive stalls selling gifts, crafts, decorations, food and drink, plus a visit fro a special guest in a red suite and his reindeer. Say no more. There’s also a giant Snow Globe Experience and festive face painting.
Night Before Christmas, Kelmarsh Hall, 27 & 28 Nov, 1-5pm
There’s a whole weekend of festive fun at Kelmarsh with gift stalls, food & drinks, festive performances from live bands and Christmas carols, a festive fairy walk, storytelling for the littles and rumours of a visit from the bearded guy…
Christmas Fayre, Towcester Mill Brewery, 28 Nov from 12pm
With gifts and crafts, live music, street food vendors and the tap room and bottle shop selling artisan ales open for business.
Christmas Market, The Royal Ordnance Depot, Weedon, 4 & 5 Dec, 10.30am-4.30pm
Music, food, shopping and beer from on-site Roman Way Brewery at this buzzing and very cool venue in Weedon.
