Exhibition of Delapre Gentry & Hardingstone, Monday 2nd September – Sunday 15th September, Delapre Abbey.
Created by friends and supporters of St. Edmund’s Church, Hardingstone, Delapre Abbey are hosting a community history exhibition giving you an insight to the history of the church, Hardingstone’s inhabitants and the connections they have to Delapre Abbey. Monday and Tuesday guides must be booked.
Autumn Forest School, Monday 2nd September – Monday 7th October, Mini Meadows Farm.
Running on every Monday throughout Autumn with every Monday holding different activities for you and the kids to enjoy, suitable for kids aged 2-5 years. From mud painting to boat making, there is a perfect activity for every child to enjoy.
Village Show, Sunday 8th September, Delapre Abbey.
A free event with so much to do from shopping to a dog show plus a whole lot of family entertainment. There will be a chance for you to show your skills, whether it be you’re a jam maker or green-fingered gardener so enter on the link above. You can even show off your four-legged friend in the perfect pooch dog show. All in all, a traditional summer village fair with something for everyone to enjoy.

Fancy a peek around some of Northampton’s most historic buildings? This free event is all over Northampton at some great places, that you can get guided tours around with other activities available at selected spots. You can also get a free ride to the venues on a classic heritage bus service.

To celebrate, five local businesses are hosting a festival to celebrate their first birthday. They invite you to join them in celebrating a year in business, so expect music, food, drink, face paint and glitter hair, bouncy castles and other activities with activity stations for the family. The event is free to attend and they would love you there to celebrate with them.
A free community event focussing towards people with special needs, their families and carers. Expect lots to do and see where The Rockin Roadrunner crew are back for their 8th annual Rockin’ Roadrunner Mini Festival, with tributes to stilt walkers, dogs for disabilities to glitter face makeovers.

Back by popular demand, the guys at Great Oakley Brewery are helping out bringing the best beers and ciders from all over the UK for only £3.00 a pint, so you can try as many as you can handle. There is entertainment all weekend and you don’t have to be a member to attend.
