Pick your own pumpkin from the vast patch at Wappenham Farm, enjoy one of their super indulgent hot chocolates and settle down with the kids for a spooky story told by the resident mischievous wizard. If it’s Jude Law in his Dumbledore garb then count us in!

SHOPPING EVENT: Towcester Racecourse Vintage and Antiques Fair, Sat 17 Oct
Reclaimed furniture, period pieces, collectables and kitcsh, from traditional antiques to modern vintage and everything in between, this indoor and outdoor event promises to be a treasure trove for the bargain hunters out there with plenty of food and drink available to keep your energy levels up to Max Rummaging Capacity.
WEDDING EVENT: Delapre Abbey Wedding Tasters, Northampton, Sun 18 Oct
If wedding bells are on the horizon then you may be tearing your hair out right now, but fear not, as our favourite in-town wedding venue is rolling out the red carpet this weekend to give you some fabulous ideas for your big day. There are timed slots available for various group sizes, which must be booked in advance.
OPEN GARDENS: Boughton House, National Gardens Scheme, Sun 18 Oct
Head to Boughton Gardens this Sunday, for their final open day of the year. Otherwise known as the English Versailles, the sculptural landscaped gardens here are are truly spectacular and especially beautiful as the leaves are starting to show their autumn colours.

Did you know there are now more devices connected to the internet than there are people on the planet? This exhibition in Hut 12 investigates the stories behind the rapidly expanding ‘Internet of Things’ and invites visitors to think about the choices they make while connected to the internet.

MK Gallery reopened its doors on 11 September and will be extending its pre-lockdown exhibition MK Calling. The show features work from over 130 contemporary artists, both established and up-and-coming, with one third of the pieces produced by local talent.
