If your kids have been well behaved this year, kick off their Christmas early by saying hello to the man himself, Santa, who will be stopping off at the Abbey to wish a Merry Christmas and treat them to an early present as he makes note of their wish list. Book in a one hour slot to reduce waiting times. This event runs every weekend in December until the 15th.

Join the lovely and welcoming team and browse a great selection of stalls as you enjoy mulled wine, mince pies and lots of festive fun. All the proceeds made will be donated to The Lighthouse Centre.
Step inside Santa Claus’ Post Office where his elves will help you create your very own letter to Santa Claus and loved ones.
Race either the 2.5k or 5k, dressed as Santa this December raising money for Cynthia Spencer. The races kick off at 11:00am and everyone taking part will receive a free Santa outfit. Adults £15, children 5-14 £8 and families (2 adults, 2 children) £40.
Christmas Market, Sunday 1st December, Northampton Market Square.
Over 70 stalls with a mix of food, crafts and more will take to the market this festive season to get you Christmas ready for the annual Frost Fair. There will be so much stuff to browse and choose from with a range of local producers, makers and crafters, selling a mix of great bits including wrapping paper, cards, decorations, mini Christmas trees and more. There will be a pop-up bar to keep you on the go.
The stunning Delapre Abbey looks beautiful in the day time but even better at night lit by a ray of candles, and you can enjoy it as you listen to the sweet Queen Eleanor Choir in their Dining Room within the Abbey’s Victorian Bouverie Suite, with mulled wine and mince pies included in ticket options.
